Prof. Ulstrup自1984年起成为丹麦科技大学的教授,1992年当选为丹麦皇家科学院院士,曾在1966-1968年获牛津大学“英国文化协会奖学金”;于2003年成为悉尼大学的客座教授,同年获“嘉士伯奖”;2004年获国际电化学会社第一届 “生物电化学奖”;2006年成为ISE Fellow,2007年荣获“Julius Thomsen奖章”。Prof. Ulstrup的主要研究领域包括化学和生物体系中的电子传输,并在这些领域取得了显著的成效,到目前为止,已在主要的国际期刊上发表295篇科研论文(论文总引用次数超过6000次),4篇专著、26篇综述或书中章节、担任Langmuir (2008-)、Bioelectrochem. (2006-)、Russian J. Electrochem(2008-)期刊的编委。每年数次被邀请在主要的国际会议上做大会报告。
