三、职位介绍

Position:  Process Engineer

Report to: Technical Supervisor, SCIP
Location:  Shanghai SCIP Site
Main Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support to operations on a day-to-day basis in order to meet production goals
• Assist in process optimization to maximize production rates, product quality, and unit efficiency
• Define and implement process upgrades to improve plant efficiency and operability
• Participate in Safety and Environmental meetings to ensure safe and compliant operation of the process unit
• Assist in developing and/or reviewing standard operating procedures
• Assist in training and development of operations personnel
• Work well with diverse team of operations and engineers

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Higher
• 0-3 years of Process Engineering experience
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

备注：有工艺工程实习或相关工作经验的优先。英语能够交流，此职位汇报对象为美国人。
