On May 8th, 2019, SCCE launched the second SCCE-Chimie ParisTech Buddy Program. Three undergraduates from SCCE and two visiting students from Chimie ParisTech met each other for the first time and has in-depth conversation.

During the meeting, students introduced themselves in French and English. The both sides had exchanges on the similarities and differences of culture, food and society between China and France, shared hobbies and discussed academic fields that they are interested in. Besides, SCCE undergraduates answered questions about life at SJTU raised by visiting students. 

Chimie ParisTech, one of the founding schools of ParisTech, focuses on research fields including chemistry, materials, chemical engineering, energy etc. Chimie ParisTech and SCCE have jointly set up one exchange program and one dual-master-’s degree program.
