On July 3^rd, 2019, the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering held the final selection of the 2019 Dean’s Awards for Overseas Study.

Eight first-year and second-year students participated in the selection, each of whom presented himself/herself in the aspects of academic performance, extracurriculum activities, social practice, scientific research, overseas study plan, etc. The judges evaluated each applicant comprehensively, raised questions and gave suggestions on future planning and speech skills.

The SCCE Dean’s Awards for Overseas Study aim to further implement the internationalization strategy and encourage undergraduates to study in first-class universities abroad. Through students’ applications and panel interview, SCCE selects undergraduates of excellent academic performance, good conduct and strong academic inclination, and funds them to study abroad every year.
