The Institute of Rheology was officially established in April 2006. Its mission is to promote open communication, conduct innovative research, deepen theoretical understanding, expand practical applications, cultivate talents, and serve the nation. The main research directions of the institute include the multi-scale structure and processing rheology of complex polymeric systems, computer simulation of polymeric materials processing and shaping, polymerization reaction processing, high-performance polymeric materials, etc.
