1. Design and Synthesis of polymeric, metal-organic framework and covalent-organic framework semiconductor materials.
2. Covalent functionalization of low dimensional semiconductor materials.
3. Optical, electrical and magnetic memristive properties of semiconductor materials.
4. Non-von Neumann memristive logic-in-memory and neuromorphic devices.
