Educational Background

Professor Jun Yang received his Ph.D. degree from Muenster University, Germany in 1995 and completed his postdoctoral work in Graz University of Technology, Austria in 1997. Then, he worked in Mie University, Japan, as a research fellow and in Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, CAS as a senior fellow. Since 2003 he has been professor in Dept. of Chemical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

2003-至今:上海交通大学化学工程学院,教授、博士生导师

Research Interests

His research interests are in rechargeable lithium (or magnesium, sodium) batteries and electroactive materials. In particular, he focuses his researches on Li-alloy anode materials for Li-ion batteries, rechargeable Li-S battery and key materials for rechargeable Mg battery. More than 200 papers have been published with H-index 58.

Research Project

已主持863计划课题2项、973计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金项目5项、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目以及上海市科技计划项目,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目1项和面上项目3项;与多家国内外知名企业开展了合作研究。获得国内外发明专利40余项。
