Publications and awards Dr. Fan is a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS academician), a fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), an elected fellow of the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE) and American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). He is also an Associate Editor of ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, a Guest Editor of Advanced Materials, and serves on the editorial board of more than ten international journals (ChemBioChem, ChemPlusChem, ACS Sensors, ACS Nano, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Electroanalysis, Particles etc.). His work has been recognized by many awards including National Natural Science Prize of China (2016),National Award for Young Scientists of China (2011), The Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Prize for Scientific and Technological Innovation (2019) and Advances in Measurement Science Lectureship Award in American Chemical Society (2019). Dr. Fan has published ~400 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and was recognized as High Cited Researchers by Clarivate Analytics (H-index 95). He is the inventor on more than 50 patents (US, Chinese and International).
