1、高分子物理化学高分子材料流变学
2、多糖类生物活性大分子溶液和水凝胶
3、天然产物和食品亲水胶体功能化及其应用

5、科研项目
主持和参加国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目、973计划项目、上海市白玉兰科技人才基金、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金及国内、国际企业合作项目等多项课题研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、参加973项目2项。
