4、研究方向
1、有机聚合物、金属-有机框架以及共轭有机框架半导体材料的设计与合成;
2、低维半导体的共价修饰与改性;
3、半导体材料的光电磁特性与忆阻行为调控;
4、基于新型半导体材料的非冯忆阻逻辑器件与神经形态器件。
