4、研究方向
1、  有机聚合物、金属-有机框架以及共轭有机框架半导体材料的设计与合成;
2、  低维半导体的共价修饰与改性;
3、  半导体材料的光电磁特性与忆阻行为调控;
4、  基于新型半导体材料的非冯忆阻逻辑器件与神经形态器件。


5、科研项目
主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金(3项)、浙江省自然科学基金、人社部高层次留学人才回国工作重点资助项目、中国科学院青年创新促进会等10多个科研项目,经费累计超过1400万元
